The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) is in the process of revising the Quality Control and Monitoring Guidelines of the Zambian Petroleum Fuel Industry (First Revision). The revision is conducted in conjunction with other relevant stakeholders through a Technical Committee (TC).
The TC developed the draft guidelines following a review of the First Revision. In this regard, we wish to request you to provide your comments on the said draft guidelines for consideration by the TC.
Copies of the draft guidelines and Comments Form can be obtained from the ERB offices or downloaded from the links provided below.
Upon completing the Enquiry Comments Form, kindly submit the form through the Director General of the ERB for the attention of Mr. Chewe Kanwa on email: ckanwa@erb.org.zm. The said comments should be submitted not later than 17th May 2024.
