  COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

HOW TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Filing of complaints is done in the following manner:

  • A complaint my be written (i.e. letter or e-mail) or oral (phone or walk-in)
  • Written complaints must be addressed to the ERB
  • The complaint will be registered by an ERB member of staff designated to receive complaints.

INFORMATION REQUIRED IN A COMPLAINT

  • Name, contact address and account number (where applicable) of the complainant.
  • The utility or person against whom the complaint is being made
  • Nature of the complaint
  • Injustice harm or damage suffered by the complainant
  • Relief sought by the complainant
